Payment Options
**Credit monitoring is separate and must be maintained by the client for the duration of services. Any lapse in credit monitoring services will result in the client's file being archived and all services will pause, Client must pay a $99 reactivation fee to have their accounts restored.

The first step is allowing us to analyze all three of your credit reports. During our scheduled call we will identify your unique credit challenges and goals to suggest the best MY FICO HERO solution to achieve your financial goals.
My Fico Hero offers a vast array of payment options as well as flexible payment plans. We will discuss your needs and help you decide which payment type is right for you.
You will receive a link by email to sign up for our portal/mobile app. You will create a unique user ID and password to access the system. This secure and encrypted system will allow you to review and sign your initial contract, upload required documents, review your credit reports, track your progress, and also send secure messages to your My Fico Hero representative. If you have any questions during the onboarding process you will also receive a link to book an on boarding call if needed.
Following these guidelines are very important in ensuring that you receive your desired results. All credit packages include monthly credit coaching calls. Each month you will receive an email with a link to schedule your call where we will discuss all progress and future plans of action.
